1:1 or Partner Training at Private Facility. The session is for 30 minutes. 1 session only. In this time you will recieve personal guidance into building the foundations to a strong base. This style of training is personalised to meet the needs of the client. Sessions start with a discussion on how they are going, a warm up with multiple axis of rotation, training any of the following methods: HIIT, body weight, resistance, gymnastics or weights finished with muscle specific stretches.
There are limited positions. At private location however if client wishes to be trained at another facility on the Central Coast, additional charges will apply. Please not, there are limited private sessions so please send an email to query first.
